Prompt 1
Imagine your grandfather dies and while going through the things in his house, you find an old secret photo album. Write about what ensues. (Not YOUR actual grandfather; just made it “your” to make it easier to phrase the prompt.) (Thanks to WUTI member Kat Pilnick!)
Prompt 2
Write a chronicle of a descent to the center of the Earth.
How it works
We write together in 20-minute sprints, starting at 7:30 p.m. Between sprints, we take 20-minute breaks to relax, drink and meet other writers. Running late? No worries — there are agendas at each table that can guide you on which phase of the evening you're arriving to.
